New Delhi: The legal process of the rich countries promise extraordinary coming outsourcing countries like India and the Philippines. "Globally, the total addressable LPO market is about $ 20 billion and India is well positioned to capture a large portion of it," said Anand Sharma, CFO, CPA Global, a legal services firm . Sharma said the company, which employs about 500 people in court proceedings, plans to quadruple its number of employees at the end of December 2011 given the chance.

Another legal outsourcing firm, Pangea3, wants to double its current workforce of 550 during the next year.

"This is the start for the LPO industry in the first phase of basic and middle level jobs come to India LPO. After five years, the country could attract more high-end consulting and legal advice and jobs, "said Kamal Karanth, CEO of staffing company Kelly Services.
